›Is Aven by Zoya footwear handcrafted?
Yes. Every pair in our collection is handcrafted in Pakistan by skilled artisans. Each pair receives individual attention through cutting, stitching and finishing, which is why slight variations between pairs are normal — we consider this part of the character of handcrafted footwear.
›What sizes do you offer?
Our footwear is available in sizes 6 through 12. Because feet tend to swell slightly through the day and especially in warmer weather, we recommend measuring your feet in the afternoon and going up a size if you are between sizes — particularly for closed silhouettes such as loafers and pumps.
›How do I choose the right size?
Stand on a piece of paper, trace the outline of your larger foot, and measure from the heel to your longest toe in centimetres. Compare this measurement to the size you usually wear in closed footwear; if you are unsure, contact us with your foot length and we will recommend a size for the specific style.
›How long does shipping take within Pakistan?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery takes a further 3–5 business days through our courier partners — usually 2–4 days for major cities such as Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad, and up to 7 days for more remote locations.
›Do you ship internationally?
We do not currently offer direct international shipping at checkout. If you are outside Pakistan and would like to order, please contact us — we are happy to discuss available options, costs and timelines on a case-by-case basis.
›What is your return policy?
Unworn footwear in its original packaging may be returned for a size exchange or replacement within 7 days of delivery, subject to availability. Items showing signs of outdoor wear, sole wear, or damage from misuse are not eligible. Sale items are final sale unless defective.
›How do I care for handcrafted leather footwear?
Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth after each wear to remove dust. For deeper cleaning, use a slightly damp cloth with a small amount of mild soap and let the pair air dry naturally — never near a heater. Apply a thin layer of neutral leather conditioner every few months to keep the material supple.
›How should I store my footwear when not in use?
Store each pair flat in its original box or a dust bag, away from direct sunlight. For longer-term storage, lightly stuff the front of the shoe with tissue paper to help preserve its shape. Avoid stacking pairs on top of each other, as this can deform straps and uppers over time.
›Are these sandals comfortable for all-day wear?
Most styles include extra foam padding in the footbed and have been designed with comfort in mind. As with any new footwear, we recommend wearing your pair around the house for short periods first to allow the straps to soften and mould to your foot before a full day out.
›What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards, online bank transfers, and cash-on-delivery within Pakistan. Payment options are displayed at checkout based on the delivery address you enter.
