Everything you need to know before and after placing your order at Aven by Zoya.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days from the time the order is placed. Because every pair is handcrafted, occasional delays may happen during peak periods such as Eid, wedding season and major sale events. If your order will take longer than usual, our team will reach out by email or phone to confirm the timeline before dispatch.
You will receive an order confirmation by email immediately after checkout. A second notification with your tracking details follows once the parcel is handed to our courier partner.
Shipping Within Pakistan
We deliver across all major and most secondary cities in Pakistan through trusted courier partners. Standard delivery typically takes 3–5 business days from dispatch, depending on your city. Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad usually receive parcels within 2–4 business days; remote and smaller-town deliveries may take up to 7 business days.
Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. We occasionally run free-shipping promotions — these are announced on the home page and our social channels.
International Shipping
We currently do not offer direct international shipping through the website. If you are based outside Pakistan and would like to place an order, please reach out to us at our contact page and we will share available options, costs and timelines on a case-by-case basis.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be confident in every pair you receive. If your order does not fit correctly or arrives with a manufacturing defect, you may request a size exchange or a replacement within 7 days of delivery, subject to availability of the same style and size.
To be eligible, the product must be unworn, in its original packaging, and free from any marks, scuffs or damage. We do not accept returns on items that have been worn outdoors, have visible sole wear, or are damaged due to misuse. Sale and clearance items are final sale unless they arrive defective.
How to Request an Exchange
Visit our Contact page within 7 days of delivery and share your order number, the issue and a clear photograph of the product. Our team will reply with next steps, including the return address and exchange timelines. Return shipping for size exchanges is typically arranged by the customer; for confirmed manufacturing defects, we cover the return courier cost.
Refunds
For orders paid online and approved for refund, the amount is processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days from the date we receive and inspect the returned item. For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer once we receive your bank details.
